IndieHOT100 respects intellectual-property rights. Submitters are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions before submitting music, samples, images, videos, logos or other materials.

Copyright complaints may be sent to hollywoodstarstruck@gmail.com with identification of the copyrighted work, the material claimed to infringe, contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy/authority statement and an appropriate signature.

Disputed material may be disabled while reviewed. Repeat infringers may be removed from the platform. If the company relies on U.S. DMCA safe-harbor procedures for hosted user content, it should register and maintain a designated DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and maintain compliant notice-and-takedown procedures.
