Submission Terms

By submitting content, you represent and warrant that you own or control all rights, licenses, permissions and clearances needed for the materials and requested use. This includes songwriting and publishing rights, master rights, samples, interpolations, beats, instrumentals, producer contributions, featured performers, artwork, photographs, video, logos, trademarks and other third-party materials.

Limited Promotional License

You retain ownership. You grant Hollywood Starstruck Media Group and IndieHOT100 a limited, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, display, crop, resize, format, embed, link, excerpt and promote approved submitted materials in connection with IndieHOT100, Winksays Radio, magazine, awards, live/streaming pages, affiliated promotional channels and fulfillment of the service you requested. Where legally authorized, the license may include playing or streaming submitted music. This license does not transfer ownership or publishing.

Images and Magazine Covers

You confirm you have authority from photographers, models, designers, labels and other rights holders necessary for submitted images. Approved images may be formatted into magazine covers and promotional graphics without materially misrepresenting the artist.

Removal

We may remove or disable material in response to a credible rights complaint, legal request, safety concern or violation of these Terms. Repeat infringers may lose submission privileges.

No Guarantee

Submission or payment does not guarantee acceptance, charting, airplay, review outcome, publication, award nomination or win.
