Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of IndieHOT100 and services offered by Hollywood Starstruck Media Group. By using the site or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms and any service-specific terms shown at checkout.

No Guaranteed Results

Payment is for the described review, editorial, promotional, production, design, printing or administrative service. No payment purchases or guarantees chart position, radio airplay, streams, followers, sales, awards, favorable reviews, editorial outcomes or other results.

Chart and Platform Integrity

IndieHOT100 may investigate, discount, correct or remove duplicated, automated, purchased, manipulated, fraudulent or otherwise unreliable activity. Rankings, eligibility and awards may be corrected when necessary to protect integrity.

Account and Submission Conduct

You may not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious or unauthorized content. We may decline, remove or suspend content or services when reasonably necessary for legal, safety, rights, integrity or operational reasons.

Service Changes

Features, schedules and service availability may change. Material changes to paid orders already accepted will be handled in accordance with the Refund Policy and applicable law.

Limitation and Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Submitters agree to be responsible for claims arising from materials or rights they falsely or improperly represented they controlled. These provisions do not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by applicable law in Virginia, subject to mandatory consumer protections and other law that may apply.
