REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

All sales are final once review, editorial production, design, placement preparation, printing preparation, fulfillment or other service work has begun.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, failure to submit required materials, missed opportunities caused by the purchaser, dissatisfaction with a DJ or editorial decision, lack of chart placement, lack of airplay, failure to win an award, or other outcomes that were never guaranteed.

Refunds or corrections may be provided for duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, verified defective or incorrect physical fulfillment, services Hollywood Starstruck Media Group is unable to provide, or where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy.

Shipping charges, taxes and third-party processing costs may be treated according to applicable law and the specific circumstances of the order.
