Privacy Policy

IndieHOT100 collects information reasonably necessary to operate submissions, orders, voting, charts, magazine features and related services. This may include names, artist names, email addresses, submission content, transaction status, shipping information for physical orders, technical logs and consent records.

Payment-card details should be handled by the connected payment processor and are not intended to be stored directly in the IndieHOT100 database. Access to private administrative records is restricted through authenticated administrative controls.

Information may be used to deliver requested services, maintain platform integrity, prevent abuse, communicate about submissions or orders, comply with legal obligations and improve operations. We do not promise that public artist materials will remain private when the submitter has approved them for publication.

Requests concerning personal information may be sent to hollywoodstarstruck@gmail.com. Additional disclosures may be added when analytics, advertising, email or payment providers are fully connected.
